E3P Technologies Inc. is offering graphic designers worldwide the opportunity to create a new company logo for this revolutionary enterprise. Design Guidelines

Participants are invited to design a new company logo for this emerging leader in advanced environmental energy solutions. The technology will have broad usage affecting multiple industries, in particular the energy and transportation sectors.

DESIGN : The logo design should convey the message of an environmentally friendly, reliable company focused on technical supremacy and global significance.

COLORS : E3P prefers utilization of two colors. Designers are not restricted to any specific colors.

FORMAT : The Design submitted must be in a standard, free format not requiring the purchase of commercial software (i.e., .BMP, .SVG, .JPG, etc.) and the winning Design must be made available in source, editable format, not requiring the purchase of commercial software (i.e., XCF, FIG, etc.).

SUBMISSION INFORMATION : Each submission must include the Design (or a valid URL thereto), the submitter's full name, mailing address, e-mail address and telephone number (together with other information submitted). Submissions that include design concepts are appreciated. Submissions must include at least one PNG-format Design scaled to 300-pixel height or width. Semi-finalists may be asked to supplement their Submission with additional materials as requested by E3P or the Jury.

Contest Rules

ELIGIBILITY : The E3P Technologies ("E3P") Logo Contest (the "Contest") is open to individuals and Corporations in any jurisdiction worldwide (excluding the Province of Quebec in Canada, and jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law) who have, at the time of submission, reached age of majority in their respective jurisdictions and are not employees, officers, or directors of E3P or family members thereof (each a "Participant").

KEY DATES : The Contest begins on 31 July 2008 and closes on 15 September 2008, at 6:00 pm Mountain Time. Submissions received after the Contest closes will be discarded. A jury (the "Jury") chosen by E3P will select up to five semi-finalists by 10 October 10 2008 and will select the winning submission by 31 October 31. The winner will be notified within 30 days.

ODDS OF WINNING : Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the skill of the submission, as judged by the Jury.

HOW TO ENTER : Submissions should be sent by email, with the subject line "E3P Technologies Logo Contest".

It must not (a) exploit or offend anyone's sex, race or religion, (b) be obscene or propagate violence or hatred, (c) be contrary to law, or (d) misappropriate the rights, image, logo, personality, or other intellectual property of any person. The Design must be in a standard, free format not requiring the purchase of commercial software (i.e., .BMP, .SVG, .JPG, etc.) and the winning Design must be made available in source, editable format, not requiring the purchase of commercial software (i.e., XCF, FIG, etc.).

CONTEST PRIZE : The contest consists of one (1) prize consisting of a cash payment of USD $5,000.00 (the "Prize"). No prize substitutions are permitted. In addition, a credit to the winning Participant with respect to the Design will be included in the E3P portfolio, which will be published after the winning Design has been selected.

VALIDITY OF ENTRIES : Illegible, incomplete, forged or falsified entries will be declared invalid. E3P reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants and to disqualify from participation any Participant who, in the sole opinion of E3P, (a) tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, (b) acts otherwise than in accordance with these Rules, or (c) is not an eligible Participant.

WINNING PROCEDURES AND CONDITIONS : The Jury will first select up to five Submissions that best suits E3P, its business, its goals and its vision, in the sole discretion of the Jury, by the semi-finalist selection date set out above. Semi-finalists will be notified in writing and may be required to provide further information or supplement their Submissions. The Jury will then select the winning Participant and E3P will notify such Participant in writing. The winning Participant will be required to execute and deliver to E3P a declaration of eligibility, release, waiver and indemnification in respect of liability, intellectual property and publicity, in a form determined by E3P in its sole discretion, before being awarded any Prize (the "Prize Claim Documentation").

The Prize will be paid in the form bank draft or wire transfer within 30 days of E3P's receipt of the Prize Claim Documentation. If the winning Participant does not claim the Prize or execute the Prize Claim Documentation in accordance with these procedures within a reasonable period of time, after notice E3P may select a new winning Participant from the other semi-finalists and the original winning Participant will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS : By submitting a Submission, each Participant represents and warrants that such Submission, to the best available knowledge to the Participant, (a) is and shall be an original work solely authored by the Participant, free from any copyright, trade-mark, or other proprietary right or interest of any other person, and (b) is not confusing with or a derivative work, or a work incorporating a substantial portion, of any other logo, mark, trade-mark, copyright or other proprietary right of any other person.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND GENERAL RELEASE : By participating in the Contest, each Participant hereby releases E3P and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents harmless from, and agrees that in no event shall E3P and such persons be liable to the Participant for, any and all claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages (whether direct, indirect, consequential, special or punitive, and whether due to negligence, breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, and whether or not the possibility of such claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages could have been reasonably foreseen by E3P) of any kind or nature whatsoever due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Contest. If any portion of this paragraph is not permitted by the law of the jurisdiction of the Participant, such Participant is ineligible to participate in the Contest.

ADDITIONAL TAXES, CHARGES and FEES : Each Participant will be solely responsible for any applicable taxes, charges or levies incurred in claiming, redeeming or possessing the Prize. E3P accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings, and independent financial advice should be sought by the winning Participant.

LOST, LATE, OR MISDIRECTED MAIL OR EMAIL : E3P does not accept any responsibility for any lost, late, damaged, destroyed or misdirected Submission, semi-finalist selection notice, winning notice, prize, payment or other requirement, or correspondence or delivery relating to the conduct of the Contest, regardless of the method of transmission (for example: mail, courier, email).

GOVERNING JURISDICTION : Each Participant agrees that this Contest and any disputes arising in connection with it shall be governed entirely by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without reference to its conflict of laws principles.

FORCE MAJEURE, CONTEST MODIFICATIONS : E3P reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or modify all or part of the Contest by publishing a notice on the E3P website (www.e3pcontest.com) if, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including technical failure, tampering, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of E3P, which in the sole opinion of E3P affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest.
